How many Bowl Games will B1G get from Pac 12?

I would guess they get split between the BIg 12 and B1G. Not sure if the B1G already has existing tie-in games against current Pac 12 teams. Outside of the Rose Bowl of course. The PAC12 had 7 bowls, including the Rose Bowl.

Will the Rose Bowl become B1G vs SEC ? B1G vs Big 12 ?
