How many states will be represented in the 2016 class

As of right now I am counting 7 states. I wonder how many states will be represented in this class.

the other site has prospects that RU has offered from IL, MS, CA, LA, WI, and OH that may become signers.

Necessity is the mother of invention! the local talent pool in Wisconsin and NY are both less then NJ's
If they did not go national they would not be able to field a team.
For Rutgers 70-80% are metro players i.e. NY, NJ Pa Md (Yea the MD part is a stretch But all within a few hours of RU.
Few hour radius from Wis and Syra is snow and igloos and Canada
