Not sure what the budget is for the current staff, but, I thought Maryland committed to 3.5 million for staff.
The Ash hire is great, but, Hobbs MUST get more money to attract a top notch staff...at least 700k or more for OC and DC.
Ash was making 690K as co-DC at OSU, so it may take at least 600K for OC and DC. I think Fridge was 500k and Rossi was at 400K.
