They may not be that quick, but somehow Howard always seems to put together a group of big, unmovable fatties. In 2014 they stymied our Dline long enough to gain pass protection for their QB. Looks like our secondary will be tested again this Saturday.

Maryland destroyed Howard 52-13 , Howard only scores came late in the. 4th Qtr against the second team of Maryland .

The Howard QB was sacked twice and ineffective ( low pass yards per completion.....sound familiar).
Any talk of how we could not put pressure on the Howard QB and their Passing game was solid then we are in for a very long and brutal season.

Howard would have trouble beating monmouth. This is a scrimmage..,,,

I don't think anyone is suggesting we are in any danger of losing to Howard. But we've got serious problems. To say we can move the ball on them and stop their defense as well as Maryland did is preposterous. We struggled with them a mere two years ago, beating them by a mere 13 points. While they've gotten worse, our 2016 squad is far worse than our 2014 squad.

Then we shouldn't have a problem keeping them under 30.

My son's football coach (mighty mites) played OL for Howard in the 90's. He was 6-4 330lbs and from Oklahoma...

Some of their fat asses may have strokes in Saturday's heat. If Ash wanted we could score 30 in the 4th Q.

Will be interesting to see how our secondary does against their 6'3" freshman WR Kyle Anthony. He scored both of their TD last week.

Well, the game's in NJ, so it's legal to shoot him.
