He'd have 20 days to get a class put together rather than the 2 months Ash had but Partridge would put together a solid class in 3 weeks time imo.
1) He'd come to work on day 1
2) He'd have no problem trying to flip some kids from Michigan and I think he'd successfully do it with 1-2 kids that are either Michigan commits or targets
3) He'd hit top JUCO's and grad transfer market hard
4) He'd flip some NJ high school kids.
Here is what I think his class would look like outside of our current commits who we'd inevitably lose a couple of.

David Ojabo
Bryce Nelms
Jason Blissett (we'd be in play)
Adisa Issac (we'd be in play as I believe partridge talks to him with michigan and he and blissett are tied at the hip)

I think he'd save about 5-6 spots for JUCO's and grad transfers too.
