The offsets are the only thing that makes them indistinguishable from most other LCD designed buildings and can make them iconic (the Tribeca one for example). If they become as numerous as Starbucks tho, a 747 element on the upper floors would be an easier fix

It's just going to get worse and worse. Fad designs very quickly look old and silly. Awful job by RU. And the functionality of the building sucks, tons of wasted space.

Good thing RU doesn't have an architecture school otherwise it would look even more ridiculous. Although if RU did have an Arch school, perhaps the professors wouldn't have allowed the school to build that abomination.

I disagree. I think it's quite a stunning building. The adjacent soon-to-be APC? No so much.
