(besides getting an email from my 5th "rep" this week for this year saying "goodbye" ..frankly who cares anymore cause I never spoke once to him or the 3 others before him and since Matt Z. )...I get an email at 4pm today about the flex plan. So I go to purchase some tix, fill in the games, select number of tix..and across every option of seats 200, 200 wings, 300 level all it does is come up "sorry, no tickets are available for your selection".

every freakin year there is some sort of clitch. every freakin year.

Consistency is the ticket office’s forte. You got a problem with that?

And if you noticed they listed some of last year’s games under this year’s choices. For example, there are two home games against Penn State listed.

It's beyond terrible. It's like it's run by a 3rd-grader. Three years ago, I requested hard-copy tickets and got the season pass sent to me instead.. I actually liked the pass and requested it two years ago, so they sent me hard-copy tickets instead. Last year, I was feeling lucky so I figured they could "surprise me"....and that they did. I received neither the pass nor the hard-copies and I had to call when I hadn't received anything a week after everyone else had theirs. Finally, they figured out that nothing ever went out and they "over-nighted" me hard-copies. I was expecting the pass but felt grateful to have anything. They set the bar as low as it can go so you're actually no longer disappointed.

Having the same problem.

I just called the ticket office, and one of the reps was able to put through my 4-pack flex-plan purchase over the phone.
That usually becomes the only way to do things early because either they never test the Damn system or always have a bunch of bugs to fix after rollout.
Same thing all the time. That's the embarrassment and frustration.

It's literally like ordering tickets in, well, 1984.

I called the ticket office today to purchase basketball parking at about 2pm.

Over the course of 15 minutes I called 5 times and after a few rings received a message saying no one could take my call and was disconnected.

Totally inexcusable and Mickey Mouse. Can’t even have a voicemail? Do they not want people’s money?

Speaking of tickets, they went on sale today for the Big Ten Wrestling championships which will be at RU and they are only $50. Rutgers Season Tickets are only $100 and they get first chance at the championships tickets for now.

That is NOT the price for tickets, that is the cost for parking.

Tru, $50 is the price for the all session pass. It is the same price for the all session parking.

wow, that's even worse.

I think my nightmare for this years tickets will win for most screwed up. First off part of it is my fault for not checking my tickets in detail when I got them.

Two days before the first game i get my tickets out and realize my tickets are in 123 instead of 126 where I have been for the last 20 something years. Been a ticket holder for 35 years and season ticket for BBall and wrestling. This year i canceled four of my tickets in 123 since as we all know no one wants to go anymore. So they cancelled the wrong tickets.

I was not a happy guy on the phone with them. They admitted the rep canceled the wrong tickets but could not do anything about it. After screaming they found 4 tickets for each game in different rows of 126. I told them that's good for now but my whole tailgate crew and family sits in front of me and behind me and my game experience is shot by sitting in a different row every game and not having a clue who is around me. BTW for the Mass game my old seats had no one in them.

I sent a pretty pointed email to Hobbs and someone must have called the ticket office and I got a call the Monday after the game. They offered me extra seats for a game or two and I told them it is hard enough for me to get people to games to begin with. They also offered field level before the kick off, turned them both down. I said i want a guarantee that I get my original seats back next year. They said they cannot guarantee that. I lost it once again. I told them to reach out to the new ticket holders and explain to them that the ticket office made a mistake and next year they will get them tickets as close as possible but these seats are going back to the original ticket holder. Only thing they said is that they will try. When is enough enough.

Dirty forgot to mention we will run a spread ticket operation and we hired a hotshot, who despite being 11, is going to do big things for us.

That's inexcusable that they are too afraid or lazy to correct their own mistake. With the kind of customer that you have been, they have to make this right. "Trying" is not good enough. You're one of the few people still buying the product. Totally inept.

Too bad Rutgers doesn't have a computer science department!

Setting up a functional on-line ordering system should be child's play in the era of Amazon and E-Bay
