I have to say that I was very impressed by Rutgers yesterday. Yesterday was move in day for my son, who will be a Freshman and his room assignment was at BEST Hall. I was very impressed with the process and help that was provided during the move in. Plenty of people there helping to unload the car, help take everything into the room, once in the room, the IT person stopped by and set my son up with Internet access and answered all the questions. He had his key card, student ID, meal plans everything that he needed to be setup done with minutes of arriving on campus.
The most amazing thing was his room. Damn, almost like a Hotel room but (2) beds, sharing with a roommate and a common bathroom which you share with adjoining room. Huge campus but my kid is going to have a great 4 years there with a great education!
