NJ political policy on taxes & economic growth.
My take is that it is not that hard to come up with a solution. The hard part is implementing sound policy with the current political climate. Problem solvers & negotiators are rare in politics nowadays.

Not sure what the article wants NJ to do. Tepper leaving the state because of taxes affects the state's income. If NJ lowers taxes enough to compete with Florida, that also affects the state's income. And even then, Tepper would probably still move to Florida.
