Yea, we will know a lot more. Fall at Rutgers is really all about development and initiation of the young guys. We will start to hear more and certainly know more in the next three weeks.
That said, a bunch of young guys were scoring. All I saw was the box score which was hand written so not a lot of detail but it was pretty spread out among some first years and redshirts. Splain at LSM had 3 goals though which is great to see- means we were running and gunning which I know the staff wants to get back to.
I am guessing a lot of the "knowns" either sat out or didn't play much as there weren't a lot of them listed. I did Logan Peters had a couple as did Justin Lawler. Peters has been a bit of an anomaly as he has all the athletic ability but just hasn't been able to put it together. Lawler the same at the Dmid spot. He's tall and rangy and can run. Word was he was playing the best at the end of the season at that spot but they wanted to preserve his redshirt. Interested to see him as the the practices I've been to over the years he's stood out.
