He seems to try to be that players coach and bends over backwards for them and for some it seems that they take advantage of that. Maybe I'm wrong but this isn't some snap incident this was a culture it seems that festered for awhile. One way or another we will see what happens to Flood very soon. With a bunch of unproven players in the secondary in this conference, it could be a very long year.
