Is Montvale, NJ native ex-Siena College DB exploring job market?

With Chip Kelly's departure from the 49ers, is Montvale, NJ native Jeff Hafley available for hire? Recently I saw his name thrown in as a candidate for the Western Michigan head job.

Assuming Hafley lands an assistant's job at a Big Ten program. Every team in the Big Ten realizes NJ athletes are ripe for the picking. Low hanging fruit. We are a recruit feeder state for the other programs like the Kansas A's were for the Yankees in the 50's and the 60's.

I doubt he'd be interested. The job opening is to be the assistant to the DB Coach Bill Busch. Lowest paying Assistant job on the on field staff.
If the D.C. job was open, then Maybe.

ash will never hire him, i hope i'm wrong be ash seems to favour coaches who he was associated with in the past. he should be looking to move a couple of more dead wood from this program

At high profile programs with deep pockets, like Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, Nebraska, and Tennessee, Hafley could soft land a "Defensive Analyst" job. The basement always gets dug deeper for Rutgers Athletics.

We need to get this guy on board. He can do wonders for our recruiting efforts. He has the NJ ties we need and Ash does not have. At this point I think he will take any position offered to him. I am sure they had to pay him to walk away. Ash needs to talk to him today!!
