Issa Thiam, ex-Rutgers forward, pleads guilty in domestic violence case

Thiam will enter a three-year pretrial intervention program. The charges will be dismissed if he successfully completes it, but he still faces possible deportation. At Monday's hearing, Thiam admitted he tried to intimidate his girlfriend with a kitchen knife following a verbal dispute at his dorm.

Hopefully Thiam has learned his lesson and doesn't make the same mistake moving forward.

I was completely blinded by this after praising Thiam for years.
