It's rare that I agree with Moz but he is right. Colorado, upon entering the PAC, made a statement about not investing further in their program, even with the increased revenue. I don't know if that still holds true, but that team is pathetic. Saw them play last year against USC and it looked like to different levels. They are reaching Shea levels soon.
