Myles Mack and Fuquan Edwin were today found innocent without prejudice after they were charged with soliciting prostitution in July 2015.

Phrase usually used is "case dismissed without prejudice" meaning charges can still be filed at later date within statute of limitations period". Saw tweet using "innocent without prejudice" and thought same thing - what?

Neither player should gave put themselves in that position. Sad. Glad it's behind them. Hopefully for them, the charges get expunged.
