Well if we are randomly throwing local NFL assistant coaches names out there then get Sean Ryan when coach Coughlin "retires" next Monday. Make Ryan the QB/RB coach. He's served as the Giants QB and WR coach and previously coached RB in college.

Sure, we'll go ahead and get another oline coach and not get a RB coach or DC because you said so. We'll let the RB's coach themselves and let our mlb to call the defensive plays. I like your thinking.
