We have five weekend home games in the B1G conference schedule, and not a single one is at night.

One of them (PSU) is at 2:30 p.m. on New Year's Day (Sunday), which is awful in and of itself.

The other four are all Saturday games that start at 12:00 noon.

Then of course the sixth weekend "home" game (Wisky) is at MSG at 12 noon also.

I know we're not in any position to make scheduling demands to the B1G, and I know this will come off as whiny, but this home conference schedule is just awful. Saturday evening games always have better crowds with better buzz.

Oh well, I guess the answer is to start winning games, then maybe the schedule makers will put us in prime time. But for now, Arrrgh.

At least when we make it to the NCAA tournament the only question will be whether the game is Thursday or Friday. Time is a given.

Rutgers sports = noon start.

And we think student turnout at noon football games is bad ..

I can understand placing us at noon games .. but nearly every single Saturday home game?! come on now.

They want to get the low viewership games they're contractually obligated to televise out of the way early in the day.

I do wish we'd have had at least one Saturday night game. Agree that it sucks.

Gotta hope PSU has a 2 p.m. football bowl game to keep the happy valley cult out of the RAC! ;)

As long as we avoid those God awful Sunday evening games, I'm good with this schedule.

yes...this is a big improvement over those sunday 6 PM games

the Penn State game needs some sort of kids promotion to get families in the seats on an awful day to schedule a game
