Just Rutgers being Rutgers

I don’t think Eugene leaves.

And this happens at every school. Marquette is a top 10 team and just lost 2 of their best players to transfer. Get over yourself people.
We don't live in a vacuum, all programs aren't created equal. For a team which hasn't had a winning record in thirteen years and whose last NCAA tournament appearance was in 1991 it hits especially hard.

Sure if we were Marquette ranked #10 going to 16 NCAA tournament appearances since 1991 and having 12 winning season in the past 13 seasons it would suck. But the fanbase wouldn't be so up in arms. We're starving here for any glimpse of success and some other program just took our dessert.

You can throw in a Final Four with Dwayne Wade too. Anyway, I see what you're saying, but at some point, or at least in this case, this is more of a sign of the times than same-old Rutgers. Coming in the door, this staff has done as much as you can do right and the admin backed it up with the new practice facility. It's not like the Bannon implosion that had everyone running for the door.
