Kelvin Amayo transferring from Iona

Please no!

The only way we do something like this again is if last minute a spot opens up.

Sorry to put down players, but our team has taken on the identity of these type of players, including transfers, we have taken with Jordan.

Rutgers has never mastered roster management ... Thinning the herd. Balancing the roster with young and experienced. Filling positions of need. And to compound the situation, we can probably count on one hand players whose game has seriously improved between their arrival on campus and their departure. Oh for the days of the arrival of players like Keith Hughes and Earl Duncan and Brent Dabbs!

Tom Brown, Eric Clark, Adrian Hill, Jeff Grier, Sean Axani, Rashod Kent , Darryl Strickland, Emory Ward, Anthony Duckett, Damon Santiago , are the ones that fit your criteria

+1. Loved many of those guys. Eric Clark and Damon Santiago had amazing (unexpected) senior campaigns. All of the players you mentioned were solid, solid contributors.

Another great transfer was Tom Savage

John battle had exponential growth from freshman to junior, though had a disappointing senior year.

The significant graduate transfes want to win and go to the dance. See: Damion Lee, Trey Lewis.
Not the point of the thread. Learn to comprehend. The OP made a valid point and although this has been on ongoing problem because of Rutgers good players transferring after 2 years which screws up the roster, he did acknowledge that the players I mentioned got better from freshman to seniors or Juco transfer to senior.
Your graduate transfer comment has nothing to do with it.

Ok Mrs Jordan. Enjoy retirement.

Disappointing? What?

In 29 games his senior year, he shot 49 percent from the field and 73 percent from the foul line while averaging 21 ppg. He also grabbed four rebounds each game.
