I actually think it's a very good sign. Kelvin is a must-get recruit for us right now.
What position does he play? WR also? Does he go to the same school as Harmon?

It was a half joke, it's probably his high school mascot or something haha, but if I make a deal with someone and they say they are going to do something and then flash me some devil ears, i might walk away from that thinking ... wait a second, is he not going to do the thing he told me he was going to do.
I'm not saying anything more then it's an interesting choice for an emoji is this situation and I thought it was funny because it was overlooked. I rarely use emoji's but when i do they usually have some kind of meaning, i don't just throw a picture of the devil into my texts because i think it looks cool, especially not if i'm saying something is good and mean it.

Thing with Harmon at this point though is he is not a high priority. Unless the plan is to move some of these guys to other positions there is no need for a WR right now. then again, guys change positions all the time.

You are literally out of your mind if you don't think he is top 3 on our board right now. Of all the wr commits, Harmon plays next year above them all. Harmon would probably see time on the field this year, but next year for sure.

I know Rivals has him higher, but Scout has both Mack and Wright ranked above him.
So I stick to thoughts above.
As far as him being able to play B1G football as a HS Senior? Over guys like Patton, Grant Agudosi? Very stretchy.
Don't get me wrong, he is definitely not currently on the level of the guys you just listed, but he is on par with the guys who will take snaps a tier or two below.
He's on Tier with Mack and Wright. I think Harmon has a little more physicality to his game. I think the other two have a bit more athleticism. I'd love to get Harmon. I just won't cry if we don't since we have a number of good WRs already.
Harmon is the best WR in NJ. Every camp that he went to where Mitchell or Hawkins or any NJ WR was there Harmon was the more regarded WR after the camp. As a matter of fact Harmon was 2nd team all Rivals camp from all over the country beating out many 5 and 4 stars to earn that distinction, including Mitchell and Hawkins.
