Rutgers men's lacrosse attackman Kieran Mullins was sensational for the Scarlet Knights last Saturday, scoring six goals and adding three assists in the 19-15 win over St. John's. On Monday, Mullins was nationally recognized as the Warrior / US Lacrosse player of the Week. The accolade, selected by US Lacrosse Magazine staff and contributors, recognizes the top performers in Division I men's lacrosse throughout the season.

Well deserved. That stat line in unfathomable to me

Big time well deserved...KM is a stud. AC and Kieran are doing some heavy lifting right now early on and this team will probably go as they go (just an early observation :))...but the midfield will get there and when they do, watch out...as a unit, I think the Midfield group has just been OK so far...but as you see, lots of shuffling right now, lots of pieces, and lots of good players...oh and yes, a new OC...I feel confident they will get better...much better...they will get into rhythm.

Like they talk about in college hoops...teams want to be playing their best basketball in March (tourney time)...

This team will likely take a few bumps...but as they approach the trip to OSU and Big Ten play...that's when we want the entire team...all units, clicking on all cylinders...

Sure, you don't want to take bad losses and every game counts for resume and rankings...but the sure path to the NCAA and a Big Ten title is being ready for conference play.

The right people leading this program get that :)

5 points in the 7 goals to seal the deal. That is pretty special.
