Despite what was reported in the comical thread about the pool boy - Barchi is NOT as involved as intimated. Also, the decisions have already been made, this game and its outcome had NO RELEVANCE in whatever happens
Greg Brown is calling the shots - and there is a better chance that Julie is out than Kyle. Also, all reports indicate that the case to fire him for cause will not be valid, so Rutgers would have to eat whatever buyout there is - which is having some impact on the decision
From what I am hearing - the odds are probably close to 75% that Julie is gone and Flood is probably less than 33% (meaning 2/3 chance he stays). The new AD, who they have already identified would have the final call as to whether Flood stays or go and that is only dependent on having the necessary $$$ on hand for a buyout and new staff which is not currently here.
My best guess is this is 2013 all over again - with 1/3-to half the staff turned over and Flood remaining for another year and IF there is a new AD - a very short leash in 2016
