Lax game - from computer to TV

Does anyone know how to get this done? Have Fios & a new TV that is supposed to allow this hook up, but I don't have a clue as to how to get it done. Thanks for any info.

We are now 4 of 9 on faceoffs but they won like 5 straight and scored on 4 of those possessions. We barely touched the ball on O in 1st quarter. We have had trouble in the half field set.

Does your computer have an HMDI port? If so, plug in the HDMI cable to the computer & TV & select that input on the TV.
