Not a huge shocker here as he said he would take all of his OV's but as I mentioned a few months ago, his coach Rutgers alum Dino Mangiro wasn't a big fan of his kids just decommitting once they made their initial commitment. Per his tweet he will still take an OV to Rutgers. He visited Pittsburgh on Friday.
