O'Toole was the head coach at Fairfield University when I was there... before Ed Cooley now at Providence. Fairfield had some good teams under him back in the early 2000's.

Does seem like there is still one more assistant coach spot open. But with O'Toole being named Associate Head Coach, I don't think Knight would go there as second or third assistant coach.
