I used to park in that lot (although not late at night) when attending University Senate meetings. If it can happen in that lot, then my guess is it can probably happen in any lot.

Incidents have been getting closer and closer to the center of campus these past few years and the administration just refuses to acknowledge it. I lived in the Easton Ave Apartments in 21-22 and issues were seemingly weekly. At this point it seems like only a tragedy will spur any change…
NB , with RUs help and influence need to clean this crap up. Make it a good college town with good food and good bars. The university and city deserve better and need to act like it.
