Golden, to me, is an unlikable person. He's not a coordinator. He failed spectacularly in a weaker conference with more talent than he'll ever get in here. I just don't understand why he's being considered. Perhaps at Temple he was young and hungry but that has given way to old, sweaty, overweight and unlikeable. I'd be surprised if he could recruit beyond the Flood level.
