... I think Rutgers has the talent, especially offensively however with one exception. The pro style is not necessarily at the dinosaur stage, because there are a few top tier programs that still run some variation of if it, but not many.
Imagine RU running a spread level offense if they had the right QBs to do so ... it would just open things up so much and they would be such a different ball club.
I know that Flood is the target of the Rutgers’ faithful, but I think it makes sense at where the actual weaknesses are on the team and also look at the position coaches ... have they coached up their group of players to maximize the potential or is it all Flood?
Either way, it is now time of the program to go under real examination and if it’s simply Flood and no more ... that’s just putting a bandaid on a more serious issue than just the HC, IMO.
