There are probably dudes that aren't on scholarship, don't travel, solid students whose moms and dads foot the out of state tuition bill for UM so their son could be an official tackling dummy during practices and stand on the sidelines during home games so they can one day say they wore the maize and blue. Wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of them are from the Tri-State area.
