Misery loves company - Nebraska suspends 5 Players v. BYU

You mean other programs have players who get in trouble? It isn't unique to RU? Really?

Gotta love how our mantra has changed since the Daily arrest up to yesterday.

You mean we're like everyone else instead of a program where parents can rest assured that sending your kid to Rutgers means he will be surrounded by good influences, make smart judgments and learn from mistakes - all while being under the watchful eye of its caretakers?

"Five Cornhuskers — linebacker Michael Rose-Ivey and cornerback Jonathan Rose, both starters, as well as three backups — will be suspended, coach Mike Riley announced this week. Meanwhile, several Cougars could miss the opener, or be forced to sit out one half,"

Riley has lost control of Nebraska. He and the AD must go now! He has bought the shame of Oregan to Nebraska.

We still can't make the Top 25 in anything, lol. Oh where oh where has 2006 gone? Oh wait, I forgot the APR, but The Star Liar will try and say it's tainted because of one email.

Those that scoff at the importance of our proximity to the NY media i'll give you one guess which football team's suspensions made the Today show news crawl. Hint: it was not the "traditional" power school from middle America.

Double edge sword. This is the very reason why, if Rutgers starts to win regularly in the B1G, we will be huge asset to the conference. Rutgers has learn to take the bad with the good while keeping our eyes on the prize.
