For the Mods or those in the 'know' - how have the guys reacted to Browning over the course of his first full year?
I do not read much about his role in recruiting although I am sure he has one [and hopefully focused on Midwest and lineman]. My sense is that this guy is critical to so much of the success of our program over the coming few years since from all indications, our lack of a competent O-Line coach for a few years was a significant set back to that unit. If he can mold an above-average group (talent wise) into a real strength this year, our stable of backs should have the sort of success that, coupled with an opportunistic D, could open some eyes.
