I have a good friend who is strictly a pro sports guy ( Mets, Cowboys, Knicks)...I don't think he ever watched a college game until 2006 and it wasn't Louisville but the game after, cuz he knew what a fan I was and wanted to share in the excitement

In the years since, he has managed to spoil any of the few big RU moments we have had, from the Kent State game in 2012 to our meltdown against Houston in the NCAA tournament

I have already banned him from watching basketball next year, but was suspicious of how many games he has watched in the last 4 games

Sure enough, this was his answer

Michigan 1st half
Maryland 1st half
Wisconsin - didn't watch
Northwestern - 1st half

As I watched us play a good first half and did not receive any texts from him I was suspicious and sure enough he was out. I got my first text with 12 minutes left and Rutgers down by 14 that I knew he had begun watching

My big dilemma is whether to use his black cloud and actually bet against my beloved Knights or just restrict him from watching

His only counter-claim was thst he was at MSG for the MSU game last year and they won- but Mag's injury happened right in front of him

Am I being too sensitive - the correlation is just too high to be coincidental
