I know new coaches can often lead to de-commits but given our time frame right now, the new coach will also have a lot of time to impact the 2016 class. I think if we bring in an elite coach like Mullen, we will definitely see a lot of new interest from the name recognition alone. I think a Mullen will replace more of the staff than say someone like Schiano. Each of the new staff will have relationships with players that might not have even considered Rutgers before. Rutgers also risks losing some players though I think EJ is key here and I see no reason why they would not keep him. I expect whoever we get will keep some of the staff, especially at the position levels. Hopefully some of them, like a Paganos say, will get more money as well. I am curious, when a new HC is hired, do they typically honor the commitments?
