I just got the following e-mail from the ticket office:


New Ticket Inventory For Individual Football Games

Rutgers Fans, we have received tickets back from our last four
opponents, which means we have new seats available for our fans to
purchase. Tickets are limited, so act now to guarantee a seat! Click
here to purchase individual tickets for the remainder of the 2015
football season.

Is it fair to say that B1G fans are not finding games here to be attractive travel destinations? Or does this always happen?

Seriously, it's likely that ticket prices on the secondary market will be a better buy, given the perceived state of the program and season.
