I had posted the following: "Wheezer, would read your posts if you removed that annoying flag. Not that you would care, but I wanted to let you know. I always skip your posts because of the flag; have done so for years."
Wheezer removed it right away, indicating that all I had to do was ask.
At a site where many insult others -- suggesting that they are dumb, ignorant, and the like -- and are rude otherwise, it is nice to see somebody being so kind. It certainly had an impact on me -- enough for me to take the time to write about it.
Two days later, I am still thinking about it. That's how nice I found the gesture to be.
