Basketball No. 24 Rutgers Basketball fends off Merrimack 74-63

I'm fine with it for the most part... I just wish u could watch on delay and I don't mean after the event is over. I know they post the full replay like 30 min. after the game ends, but I'm talking along the lines of starting the event from the beginning... but like 30-60 min. AFTER the event has already started. DVR-style. Forces me to either have to watch live right at 8... or wait 'til like 10:30 to start it, which is too late for my son to start watching on a school night. Oh well.

I'm the biggest streaming proponent.
However.......Agree 100% on this flaw.

I nearly never watch basketball games on time. I usually wait until 9ish after kids have gone to bed.
Not having to wait until the end would be great.

Maybe they fixed it for this year.

Note: Cable subscription games have the same problem if you don't manually record the game.
If you just turn a random game on, you can't "start from the beginning".

Surprisingly this is one of the few bright spots about espn+. And espn+ also has alternate audio broadcasts so you can listen to Spanish broadcast if available. I prefer to not listen to American and British commentators talking shit about my German soccer team when I watch the bundesliga

Maybe one reason Merrimack plays all zone, other than a philosophy, is they have no height whatsoever. Tallest player on the team is listed at just 6'7" .

It will be interesting to see how Pikiell has worked with the team on playing against a zone: So few teams play zone nowadays.

Is it possible that he would only wear the brace in the game - so that the brace may only go on after the shoot around but before the game, if he is healthy enough to play?

I don't know how these things work.

Frankly, though, if he is close to being healthy enough to play WITHOUT the brace, but needed one a few more days of rest to get there, I might consider giving him those extra days of rest - waiting until Kennesaw St.

But, my guess would be that is not how these things are decided: If he is healthy enough to play, with or without the brace, then he probably will play.

maybe play a little to see how it goes. Hopefully, we will not need him tonight and the extra time to to heal is more important.

Personally, if I needed to wear a shoulder brace during the game, I would warm up with it too. Have to figure it feels awkward at best and messes with your shooting at worst so I would want to try to adjust to it

I don't even like shirts with sleeves when I'm shooting so I can't imagine how annoying a brace would be

Is the pregame warmup mix still Meek Mill on shuffle?
Not sure what it is, but I’m pretty sure I’m gonna wake up shrieking at 4am with it looping endlessly in my brain. Aiiieeeeeee! Make it stop! Make it stop! For the love of all that is holy, make it stop!

Oh. Wait. The mute button. Yes!

Ahhhhhhhhhh.

So I got curious and Shazam’d it. In keeping with the ‘Cock theme, it’s “All Of Me” by Dwayne Fredrick and Steven David Fay.
