Anybody here know the driver of this vehicle? Was spotted today on campus and apparently sending the internet into a frenzy.

not to burst your bubble (and didn't know about the recent reddit frenzy).... but, it's been kinda a thing for years...

I've seen that CA license on the 405 a couple times over the years (which is particularly ironic....)
