Leonte's attorney is being very aggressive...to the point of saying that if she testifies to what is in the police report she will be committing perjury.
He also states that Leonte's girlfriend tried to file a compliant that night but the Rutgers PD wouldn't take it. One thing the video clearly shows is the woman was also being aggressive to Leonte's girlfriend. Why are the only people charged people on Leonte's side when clearly this was a fight amongst 2 groups of people.
