We really need some quality DL recruits in this class. Looking at the previous two classes, on the defensive line we landed four two-star and one three-star recruit and Marques Ford who's no longer with the program. There's still plenty of time, but we can't afford to whiff here this year.

I see the crystal ball with Rutgers but I think the interest isn't there anymore with the new staff. Rutgers wasn't named in his top 6

Except a new CB was put in today by an UNC insider, UNC was in his top 4. CBs need to be read in proper context.

Good eye. Weird thing is in May on a free article on a different site not named rivals... he said his top 6 and Rutgers weren't in there. I wonder if things changed after attending one of the camps. Would be nice if he was still an option!

I agree with the thrust of this post. Our first 2 seasons have convinced me that our greatest need is to upgrade our linemen (on both sides of the ball). The DL is one area where we need some studs.
