NWCA National Duals 2017

This year the Top 8 B1G schools will be on the road to face off against the 6 other conference winners plus 2 wild cards since the Pac-12 is opting out of the National Dual series this year. Going by Top 25 ranking, right now Rutgers is 5th in the B1G after today's poll, which moved us up to #11 overall. I'd love to wrestle NC State personally if I could choose which team to dual in the National Duals at the end of February.

Illinois at Rutgers at the RAC is going to be a key dual prior to that on January 6th at 7pm. Rutgers needs to win that dual at home and it won't be easy without Richie Lewis.

Hopefully, the rest of the team will come out of Midlands healthy.

I'm sorry but I don't like our match up with NC state. That would be ugly imo. We would need a few upsets to say the least.

Because the P12 tourney is a week later. I can understand that.

Scheduling stuff happens a lot in College Wrestling in seems.
In the upcoming Reno Tourny of Champions I read that Ok St is now sending their B team as they wrestle Cornell in a Dual on the Friday night before it starts(it starts on Sunday) so all the big anticipated matchups between Penn St and Oklahoma St will not happen. Very watered down tourny without the Ok St starting team there.
