State Senate President Steve Sweeney, D-3rd District, and state Sen. Sandra Cunningham, D-31st District, joined Rutgers University President Robert Barchi and others on Wednesday to applaud the merger of Rutgers University and UMDNJ, as well as to hold a forum as part of “New Jersey: Investing In You.”
