Gees, what a bunch of swell guys! I am just expressing my wishes and I get called names! I am not expecting 20 more commits but what's wrong with wishing for it ASAP? Do you guys feel better about yourself when you act like douchebags! You all need to stop acting like 10 year olds!

A Co coordinator and his grad school buddies from Iowa.. Not expecting much this staff. Already looking towards 2020 - when we'll have another opportunity to get the head coaching hire right again

Well, I actually like the current staff and I do see their potential. They can do for Rutgers what Herman did for Houston.

Let me guess "duuuurrrr we should have hired Saban".

Don't know how these mouth breathers graduated from here.

I am wishing for more commits and hoping for sooner rather than later. No more, no less! OK?

How do you feel about getting commits that may not have met the staff or visited our campus due to the dead period. Do you feel the current staff is falling behind other new coaches in getting recruits? If so provide an example, I am truly interested. Does ASAP mean like between now and the 2nd?

I am hoping to have a discussion on this without name calling.

Simple- One goal is accomplished- hiring a staff and one needs to be fulfilled- more recruits. I am hoping that it gets done sooner rather than later. Thank you for that grammar lesson, professor.

So I try to have a normal discussion and you now resort to name calling. I am very confused. I am trying to discuss your post in the manner you requested, but you quickly resort to name calling.

Do you feel the staff has been slow in getting commitments? The use of but still confuses me.

Once again, I am wishing for commits! I am not expecting them. What part of wishing for them sooner rather than later do you not understand professor? If you understood this, you would not be asking me what ASAP means.

Oh let me add "you douchebag" so we are on common ground....wow that felt good

Ah the name calling again. you still havent explained why you used "but" . Simple question are you happy or dissatisified with the rate of progress to date. I am curious.

What confuses me is how a definition of but and all the other things and your essay questions is considered a normal discussion.

I did... one goal was accomplished (we got our staff) but one goal remains (more commits)... I am happy with our progress, but I want more. Is that bad? You're a funny guy.

We need new commits! ASAP! And, please don't tell me about January 2nd.

PACland, , ignore the b.s. from everyone. Maybe we can get this thread moving the right way by mentioning some recruits who could be in line for visits? Who has RU high on their board?
The OL from PA - Valentin - seems like a top priority.

My guess is that in a couple of days, Ash will get together with his coaches and identify recruits they'll go after when the dead period ends. They'll call to see if the can get visits set and if they can't get a visit on the phone, maybe a personal visit to the recruit might work.
Either way, coaches will have lots of work to do asap.

Sorry forgot you are in California.

"Excellent, our coach is gnarly, and should be hauling a few rad dudes in to play soon"

Thanks for the clarification. I think the board interpreted your post as impatience or a complaint.

Yes, I am in Cali but I was already in my mid 30's when I moved here. My character is NJ all the way. Impatience? No. Passion? Absolutely!
