OL question for mods

Durant and Valantin are about the same size. 1 is a 2 star, the other is a 4 star. I assume its how much more athletic one is than the other. If thats not it then what is it since I'm sure you have seen them play. Plus, how much more athletic is a 4 star 6'6, 330lb OL, than a 2 star the same size.
