Wow, that's one of the most balanced write ups of us that I've ever seen. And it actually indicates the author did some research, which is lacking in most articles about us leading into a season.
Just looking at the current commits and potential recruits leaning toward Ohio State, they have all 4 and 5 stars recruits except the kicker 3 star. We might get away with no NJ recruit going to Ohio State because they are getting even higher ranked players elsewhere. Ohio State has always been the top of the Big Ten with the exception of a few years like when Tressel was terminated. I think we beat Michigan, Penn State or MSt before Ohio State.
Nice writeup. Very black & white, no cheap shots. Just factual & fair.

Eleven Warriors has a good group of football analyst types that tend to do pretty solid and fair write ups, win or lose.Makes sense, given their fondness for Ash and several members of the staff, and Ash's friendly relationship with Meyer/Schiano. Also... no game has been played on the field yet.
The problem is 1 or 2 NJ recruits are hanging on thinking they might go to Ohio State but don't think so. I think Michigan also won't take anyone except Singleton since they have quite a few 4 stars that are leaning there. Penn State appears to be getting 3-4 4 stars this year from Ohio since you are getting recruits nationally which are better. Penn State has been getting their 4 stars this year from Virginia and Ohio since Maryland and NJ coaches are defending their tuff better. Virginia recruits are not staying in the state. We have a pretty good chance to end up with 6 or 7 5 stars recruits this year. We could end up with the best average star class we have ever had.
