OT: Bass Pro Shops

With the announcement that Bass Pro Shops is buying Cabela's, I was wondering when the BPS in Sayreville is supposed to open. The last time I went past the site, it looked like a big dust bowl. Will this shop actually ever open, or will it succumb to the same fate as the Cabela's that was supposed to open in Xanadu.

My guess is Xanadu fate... has been no progress there for awhile it seems. Also, haven't heard anything about it opening in years.

could be an issue with getting the permits to sell firearms.. the BPS in AC got it easily... maybe sayerville is just being a b!tch

Maybe it is just the stuff I buy,but I always thought the prices were a little bit better at Bass Pro Shops. Would be nice if they eventually build a store in central or northern New Jersey.
