yup, I fully expected Atl Madrid to beat Barcelona. Barca's form has been down for the past 3-4 games. Losing to R Madrid in the classico match started their downfall. Messi & Neymar are down in form. Had they been in peak form (which is hard to maintain over long season) they would have won the champions league easily.

Its an interesting final four, with Bayern the slight favorite. Let's see what semi-final pairing are...

Tough draw for Man City but they're all going to be tough at this stage. Getting through a very good PSG was not expected. The key for Man City is getting their injured players back and ready - Kompany probably most important. They can do it - RM has looked vulnerable lately and they barely beat Wolfsburg.

Interesting matchups for sure.

I think R Madrid will get by Man City but not by much. R Madrid is not in top form, but may do just enough to get by. Man City will only pass if Toure, Silva and Aguero and possibly Bruyne raise their games.

I'm picking A Madrid over Bayern. I know Bayern is the favorite and Bayern have the 2nd leg at their stadium. However, A Madrid team is they type of team that can cause lots of problems for teams that do a lot of passing like Bayern, and Barcelona. A Madrid is a physical team that causes a lot of fouls to the opposition and they play tight coverage on opposing players. It will be a rugged battle.
