The last game of the Chicago White Sox at Baltimore Orioles series will begin Wednesday at 2:05 pm and will be closed to the public which will be a first in MLB history. The previous record for lowest attendance at a MLB game was September 28, 1882 when the Worchester (MA) Ruby Legs hosted and lost to the Troy (NY) Trojans 4-1. A total of six fans showed up for the game. Both teams left the National League at the end of the season. Some of the Ruby Legs wound up on the Philadelphia Phillies in their inaugural year in MLB the following season.
