Game at DePaul, Guarantano out for season with broken foot, Walker could get lots of carries. I think the BC line might handle DePaul. Without JG this should be a close game.

BC Linebacker Danny DeLorenzi (via Cedar Grove) turned down a Princeton schollie to wrestle, to play football at Columbia. Go figure. And yeah, I know the schollies aren't directly for sports at an Ivy.

For a team with so many good players, DePaul is just not a good team. Also, Bergen was better last year without JG. I expect them to be just as good the rest of the way this year. I know SJR was hoping to play JG again. They shut him down and the backup key in the comeback victory last year.

So far a defensive battle, 6-0 BC mid 2nd qtr. OSU commit Walker didn't get in til the 3 rd series w 2 other RBs ahead of him. Hasn't gained a yard yet either on 2 or 3 carries. All QBs look awful. DePaul LB Scott Lavelle (3rd in state in wrestlng at 220 is Tough.As. Nails.

It's more of a blow to Urban and Coach Hype. Those two used to divvy up the top NJ players between themselves and now Harbaugh strolls in and is hogging up all their action.

Walker could go onto win a Heisman or never see the field. He is all about potential as you can't teach his natural size, speed, vision, and athleticism.

Imagine this scenario. Flood is fired. Butch Jones is fired. JH hires Butch Jones. What does JG and daddy do?

The QB I believe is only a sophomore. I think he looked pretty good in the SJR game and has potential. SJR, DP and BC would have beaten those teams DP played. I just thought this was going to be their year.

I think RU made a mistake by not offering Dumarow (SP?) from Depaul, he looks like he will be a good DT.

With at least 5 D1 players Depaul has been disappointing, a lot of this could be because of the young QB.

Depaul's program is a mess. The coaches have no control , kind of like what is happening at paramus catholic.

This is the downside of a program's recruiting advancing too fast and before a propert culture is developed to keep things in order.
