My guys at ScarletNation... you've always been the best go to source for assistance and knowledge for all subjects over the years.

I am looking to buy my first home and currently live in Middlesex County. We are looking to make the move across the border into Bucks County for a new town home. I've heard using a realtor for buying purposes on these new development searches is often a good idea. Any of you have connections to a GOOD reliable realtor to use during this process in the Bensalem, PA area?

Will post pics of hot women in return... if such a thing is not still banned or frowned upon. Thanks all!

I used Heather Jackman at Coldwell Banker Hearthside when I bought i Washington Crossing last year. Their office is on the Newtown Bypass, so not in Bensalem, but not too far. I had a real dud of a realtor before her and when i switched, I thought she was awesome.

Not sure why you want Bensalem. If you have school-age children, you want the Yardley/Lower Makefield area (Pennsbury) or Newtown (Council Rock) areas. both are close to I-95/295 and the Delaware River

You can trade in your telescope for binoculars in a townhome. Good luck. $$$$

She's very, very good. Not sure if Bensalem is in her wheelhouse, but she's solid, for sure.

This, plenty of town homes in these areas. You will pay more than Bensalem, but location, location, location.
