According to this link, Ourlads had him tied with Mike Glennon as the 5th QB, not the 3rd. And, personally, I think even that is a bit overrated.

And since when do you trade up in the draft to get a
backup QB? Backup QB's are available every year in free agency. The Jets just got Ryan Fitzpatrick without having to waste a draft pick. And, as mediocre as Fitzpatrick is, he is light years better than Nassib will ever be.
I too am a Giatns fan. I love the Giants. But Nassib stinks. S-T-I-N-K-S.
He quarterbacked one of the most anemic offenses at Syracuse in their history. When Rutgers played Syracuse, I didn't fear Ryan Nassib. I was thankful he was their QB because I knew he wasn't going to hurt us. I wouldn't be surprised if the Giants cut him before the season starts. And if Eli gets hurt, and Nassib becomes the starter, the Giants season would essentially be over.
